REFUNDS AND RETURNS


Please contact us within 7 days if your product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for merchandise are accepted within 7 days of delivery; for example, if an item was delivered on December 1st, it may be returned until December 8th. Please be aware that if the item is deemed “no longer needed,” return requests will not be honored.

All products must be returned in their original condition, which includes being unused, unworn, and with all of the original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards still attached. To guarantee that they are returned in their original condition, every item that is sent back is first put through a quality check. If a product is sent back to us broken, we reserve the right to  the option to return it to you.

If the order is delivered before you cancel, you can still do so by refusing to accept the package.

How does one go about returning an item?

If your item is not in one of the restricted categories, you can call our helpline at +92311 0412804 to start the return process. Our customer support staff will offer instructions on how to return items.

What’s the turnaround time for refunds?

Store Credit: Following a quality check, in one to two business days.
Bank Deposit: Following the quality check, within 7–12 business days
Credit Card Reversal: Following a quality check, in one to three business days
